no not at all.....all this is just bullshit...it is said in d constitutional rights dat v have the right to stay in any part of INDIA...

Mumbai only for INDIANS... Not for marathians or other people... Just INDIANS...

It is very childish to hear such sort of comments from the political leaders........ some time we feel pity of them thinking of the situations arise due to such comments they made....... MUMBAI is a part of INDIA so evry indian has a right to live at that place with out any restriction........ People have the feeling India is one but these politicians are making this untrue........ I feel pity on them.......

you just feel pity on the politicians by writing a comment have you ever thought of doing anything by yourself then let them do whatever they want to have you ever thought on the issues in uttar pradesh why people dont try to develop uttar pradesh so that people from there dosent have to come to mumbai to earn no but we will just blame other please think by yourself this issue is not roght but it is to be made only then people in uttar pradesh will try to devlop themself and it will directly devlop India use your brains and understand....Jai Hind

I appreciate your fire,Ms. AMEY. You are right but the developments in UP would be possible only when the cabinet of politicians resolve to develop. But till the development, nobody would wait because everyone wants trade and bread. Developments would only be possible when the politics,on the grounds of dalits issue by BSP, Ayodhya issue by SP and BJP ends. Till then, how one can wait for the same? He has to turn his eyes towards the developed areas. And I personally think that there is nothing wrong in this. On the grounds of lesser development, noone can prevent anybody from right to reside and restore all over the India. Our constitution has assured for this. Obviously, marathians are Indians but they should also think the others are too and that's why expected to act accordingly. To have resources is not the sign of development. But the implementation of law and order and establishment of proper infrastructure in UP are the roots of development. You have observed that the migration from UP was only the group of
crushed and those who hasn't tasted the fruits of development in UP till today. Now tell me," Would it be fare enough to turn your eyes from them?"

When we peep in the situation as prevails in Australia, do you think that everything is proper what is happening now-a-days there? If we condemn these, how can you keep curtain before your eyes? Please tear such curtains and look up to the world of peace and brotherhood.

Dear Wakeupindia i respect to whatever you have said but then shud we neglect the fact that one of the state of our country is not going to devlop just because we want to earn our daily bread shudnt ther be any kind of oppose to the ministers if people from there are going to just come here then who will take actions i think the native people from there shud only have to act or else UP is never going to devlop indirectly india is never going to devlop.and if you are saying people will come to developed state to earn their daily bread then is it proper that they use the money which they have earn to devlop their state when they are not taking step to develop their state then why do they send money there,develop the state where you live na is that wrong they starting colleges in in their state why they are not doing the same in mumbai same way this issue is not of Bhaiyaas & marathis but the issue is of UP & Maharashtra there are several Bhaiyaas who are staying in Maharashtra from long time have anyone harrassed them,"no", they thier self curse the people coming from Other states becuause them their childrens are not getting jobs now wat will you say.........then we shud just think of earning our daily bread and shud not think pf our country and then we will get peace and the brotherhood which we want cause people are going to come to other devlop state and the ministers are going to enjoy there....ok think on this twice sir...jai hind

Bombay is home to people from all over India who have different cultures and languages. As more and more non-Maharashtrians moved to Bombay, anti-immigrant sentiments developed among some Maharashtrians. The Shiv Sena party is famous for this. So the name of Bombay was changed to its Marathi name, Mumbai. Now, the Shiv Sena party has this pro-Marathi crusade in which they make store-owners post Marathi signs that have to be bigger than Hindi or English signs, and if they don't, their stores get trashed.
